Mytrip Did Not Provide 20kg Baggage Right for 7.868,51₺ Ticket
On 25.08.2025, I purchased a Brussels–Eskişehir flight ticket via Mytrip’s website for 7.868,51₺. During the booking process, it was clearly stated that each passenger would have a 20kg baggage allowance included in the ticket price. However, after completing the purchase, I discovered that the ticket only allows for 8kg of hand luggage, with no checked baggage included.
My reservation number is 1081-944-951. This contradiction between what was promised at the time of purchase and what was actually provided has left me feeling misled and inconvenienced. I attempted to contact Mytrip customer service by email to resolve the issue, but I was unable to find a working contact address and therefore received no support.
I request that Mytrip immediately correct this mistake by adding the 20kg baggage allowance as originally advertised, or alternatively, provide a refund for the misleading service. Customers should not be subjected to such discrepancies between the booking details and the actual ticket conditions.
