I Lost Promised 10kg Luggage Right After Booking MyTrip Paris–Barcelona Ticket
I booked a Paris to Barcelona flight through MyTrip for July 10, and I deeply regret it. Before finalizing the purchase, the platform clearly displayed that I was entitled to bring 1 piece of 10kg luggage. This baggage allowance was one of the reasons I chose that particular fare. However, once the payment went through and I received the confirmation, I was shocked to see that the baggage option was no longer included.
The conditions shown before and after payment were completely different. I immediately contacted MyTrip customer service, hoping they would correct the mistake or offer a solution. Unfortunately, they took no responsibility and simply left me to deal with the issue on my own.
I feel deceived and unsupported. What kind of platform misleads its customers and then refuses to take accountability? I strongly advise others not to use MyTrip for flight bookings. I demand either the originally promised baggage rights or a partial refund for the difference. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible.
