I Lost Promised 10kg Luggage with MyTrip Vueling Paris–Barcelona Ticket
I feel completely let down by MyTrip. I purchased a Vueling Airlines ticket through their platform for two adults, traveling from Paris to Barcelona on July 10. At the time of booking, the flight details clearly stated that each passenger was allowed 10kg of luggage. That was a deciding factor in choosing this ticket.
However, once I finalized the purchase, I was shocked to find out that we were no longer entitled to any baggage allowance. I immediately contacted MyTrip, hoping for assistance or at least an explanation. But not only did they refuse to resolve the issue, they didn't even acknowledge my proof—I had a screenshot showing the luggage was included.
There was no one I could actually speak to. Their customer support was unresponsive and unwilling to help. I was left with a baggage-less ticket and a deep sense of frustration. I now strongly advise others not to use MyTrip, as they don’t stand behind the conditions they advertise.
I demand they either honor the 10kg luggage promised at purchase or issue a partial refund to cover the extra cost. This needs to be addressed immediately.
