Enza Home Refuses to Implement Sofa Return Decision
I purchased a sofa set from Yataş Enza Home a few months ago, and I am experiencing a serious manufacturing-related problem with the product. The sofa frames appear to be defective, and they constantly make noise whenever someone sits down or gets up. This significantly affects the comfort of using the furniture and is unacceptable for a newly purchased product.
Because of this defect, I filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee, which issued a decision approximately one month ago ordering the return of the product. However, Enza Home has failed to implement the return decision for nearly a month, repeatedly claiming that there is “no truck available” to pick up the furniture and continuously delaying the process.
The store tells me that the matter has been forwarded to Yataş’s Marmara Regional Office, but I have been unable to reach the regional office consistently. On the occasions when I have managed to contact them, I am repeatedly told things such as “there is no truck,” “we will pick it up,” “tomorrow,” or “we will come this week.” A month has now passed with nothing being done, and no one has come to collect the sofa set.
I request that the Consumer Arbitration Committee’s return decision be implemented immediately, that the sofa set be collected from my home, and that the full amount I paid for the product be refunded to me without any further delay.
