I Placed an Order on Alo Yoga Turkey and Didn’t Receive Any Shipping

I ordered from the Alo Yoga Turkey website a full month ago, and to this day, I haven’t received any shipping update, confirmation email, or order tracking information. From the moment I placed the order, communication has been completely absent. No confirmation message, no estimated delivery time, nothing—just total silence.

Adding to the concern, there was a discrepancy in the amount charged, which made me even more suspicious. I started questioning whether this is even a legitimate website. The complete lack of customer service and communication has made me feel scammed.

When a customer makes a purchase, they expect transparency, reliability, and at the very least, a confirmation of the transaction. I received none of that. I’m frustrated, disappointed, and rapidly losing trust in the brand.

I demand that Alo Yoga immediately provide a full update on the status of my order, clarify the payment issue, and ensure this does not happen to other customers. If this is not resolved soon, I’ll be forced to escalate the matter further.
