I Face Delayed Delivery from Muslima Wear Despite Paying High Price for Gown

I contacted Muslima Wear through their website, Muslimawear.com, and was told to continue the conversation via a Turkish WhatsApp number (0530*84). They assured me that my gown would be completed within 10–15 days. To be certain, I asked for detailed information before placing the order and then paid the full amount on December 22. This was not a cheap purchase — their price range is quite high.

Now, 21 days have passed, and I still have no update on the gown’s status. If I don’t reach out, they make no effort to follow up or provide information. This is unacceptable, especially for an evening gown meant for a specific event date, where timely delivery is crucial.

I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Court if this is not resolved immediately. I expect Muslima Wear to complete and deliver my gown without further delay and to maintain proper communication with their customers.
