BDG Win Account Blocked and Winnings Not Released

I am writing about the issue I am facing with my BDG Win account. After winning an amount of 300 on the platform, my BDG Win ID was blocked and I have not been able to access my account or my winnings since then. I tried to contact BDG Win customer support about this situation, but they have not responded to any of my questions and I have received no explanation for the block on my account. I request that my BDG Win ID be unblocked as soon as possible and that my winnings of 300 be released to me without any further delay. I also ask for a clear explanation of why my account was blocked after winning.
