Mubi Free Trial Charged Without Consent

I started a trial membership on Mubi through your website on 30 January 2026, which was clearly stated as a 7‑day free trial. However, on 4 February 2026, during this trial period, ₺1,980 was withdrawn from my card without my knowledge or explicit approval for an annual subscription. I did not receive any clear warning, reminder, or notification that a payment would be taken before the end of the trial, and the information about this was written in a way that is not clearly visible. I find it unacceptable that a fee is charged in this way during a trial period and that the payment is taken without an explicit confirmation step. After noticing the withdrawal, I contacted you via email using the contact details on your website, but I have not yet received any response. It is extremely upsetting and frustrating to have ₺1,980 taken from my account in this manner and then be told there is no refund, even though the process was not clearly communicated. I kindly request that the money be refunded to my account immediately and that my annual subscription created in this way be cancelled.
