Unexpected Charge for 1-Year Super Duolingo Subscription—Requesting Refund


While my Duolingo Super trial was still active, I was told that I would be notified when the trial period was ending and before any payment was charged, but I did not receive any warning or reminder at all. Despite this, on 29 November, a payment of ₺969.99 was automatically withdrawn from my card. The payment appears to have been processed through my Duolingo account registered with the email address k*******@gmail.com. Since I received no notification and my explicit consent was not clearly obtained, I have been disadvantaged by this unexpected charge. I could not find Duolingo’s contact email, so I was unable to reach them directly. Therefore, I request that the ₺969.99 taken without my permission or knowledge be refunded to my card by canceling my subscription.
