MovieStarPlanet Diamond Pack Glitch Reverts Custom Colors to Default

I purchased a Diamond Pack today and changed the set colors, but when I hit confirm, a glitch occurred and the set arrived in its original default colors. I request that the set's colors be changed to my selection. Please help, MovieStarPlanet team—I already emailed support, but I don't know when they will reply, so I wanted to post here as well.
