I Face Multiple Charges for Failed Diamond Pass Purchase on Supercell Store
I attempted to purchase a Diamond Pass from the Supercell Store, but the website kept showing an error message. I retried the transaction 2–3 times, and each time, the payment was taken from my card despite the purchase not going through. No refund has been issued so far.
When I contacted the Supercell support team, they told me that the payment would be refunded within 1–2 weeks. However, I have read multiple reports from other players saying their money never arrived, which makes me even more concerned. I have already provided all transaction details to support, yet there has been no progress or confirmation of my refund.
I am requesting an immediate refund of all duplicate charges and for Supercell to fix this issue so other players don’t face the same problem. This situation is both financially and emotionally frustrating, and I expect a prompt resolution.
