I Bought Diamonds in Mobile Legends Bang Bang But Didn’t Receive Them
I recently purchased in-game diamonds in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, but the diamonds never appeared in my account. To make matters worse, the transaction can’t be reversed either. I’ve already emailed both Mobile Legends support and Mobile Legends Info, but I haven’t received any meaningful response.
I was also supposed to benefit from the first purchase bonus campaign, which promises 500 + 500 bonus diamonds, but I didn’t receive those either. This entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I paid for a service and got absolutely nothing in return.
My Player ID is 1878795426. I’m requesting that Moonton or Mobile Legends resolve this issue as soon as possible by either delivering the purchased diamonds or issuing a full refund. Please don’t ignore this complaint—players deserve reliable support and accountability.
