I Report Pricing Error On Brawl Stars Golden Skin Purchase With Diamonds

I purchased and started playing Brawl Stars, and on the promotion day, golden skins were offered at half price for one day. I wanted to buy one of these skins, but I didn’t have enough gold. The game showed that I could buy it with 11 diamonds. At that moment, I already had 195 diamonds in my account. However, when I clicked to purchase the skin, the game unexpectedly redirected me to the diamond purchase page instead of completing the transaction.

I immediately contacted the Brawl Stars support team, but I haven’t received any response so far. In the meantime, I spent an additional 40₺ to purchase 30 more diamonds, thinking the issue would resolve. Unfortunately, when I tried again, the game now showed that the golden skin costs 196 diamonds, creating further confusion. I feel deeply frustrated, as my initial 195 diamonds should have been sufficient, and the inconsistent pricing forced me to spend extra money unnecessarily.

This situation caused financial inconvenience and disappointment in the game experience. I respectfully request either a refund for the additional 40₺ diamond purchase or the immediate delivery of the golden skin at the originally displayed price.
