Movie Star Planet Unauthorized Charges In Need Of Refund

I am writing about several unauthorized in‑app purchases made in MovieStarPlanet 2 on my Android phone via Google Play on 04/14/2026, totaling $62.69. These purchases were not made with my knowledge or consent, and I am unsure who carried them out. I have the Google Play order IDs and transaction numbers for all four purchases and can provide them when requested. After noticing the charges, I immediately took action on my Android phone to secure my account and payment details. Despite this, when I contacted both MovieStarPlanet 2 support and Google Play to request a refund for these unauthorized purchases, my request was refused and no refund was issued. I am requesting a full refund of the total amount of $62.69 for these unauthorized charges and a review of my case, taking into account that I have all four order IDs and have already taken steps to secure my device and account.
