Requesting For Refund For Unauthorised Free Fire Bundle Purchase

I am writing regarding multiple unauthorized in‑app purchases made through Google Play for the Free Fire gaming bundle packs on my Android device. On 14 January 2026, between approximately 6:00 pm and 7:30 pm, my child used my phone without my knowledge and made several purchases in the game. These charges were not approved by me. In total, around 800 INR was charged almost 9 times, along with additional amounts such as 240 INR and 80 INR, bringing the total to approximately 8,000 INR. These transactions went through my Google Play account, and I only realized this afterwards when I saw the charges. After noticing the issue, I contacted Google Play support. As a result, I received a refund for 2,000 INR and two 800 INR payments, but the remaining refund requests were cancelled. Following this incident, I have already taken preventive steps by disabling further in‑app purchases / adding password protection so that this cannot happen again. Since these purchases were made by a child without my permission and do not reflect my intentional use of the service, I kindly request a full refund of all remaining unauthorized Free Fire purchases related to this incident that have not yet been refunded.
