I am writing regarding an unauthorized purchase of eFootball coins made through my Google Play account. On 5 March 2026 at approximately 12:13 p.m., a transaction of Ksh 6,575 was charged without my knowledge or consent. I did not authorize this purchase, and I have no recollection of performing any action that would have resulted in this charge. After noticing the transaction, I immediately contacted Google Play support and explained that the purchase was unauthorized. However, I received a response stating that no fraudulent activity was found on the account and the refund request was rejected. I do not agree with this assessment, as I am certain I did not approve or intentionally make this purchase. I kindly request a thorough re‑evaluation of this transaction and a full refund of the Ksh 6,575 charged for the unauthorized eFootball coins purchase.
