Unauthorized Google Play Charge from MovieStarPlanet—Refund Requested
On April 3, 2025, I noticed that a purchase of $21 was made through the MovieStarPlanet app installed on my Android tablet without my consent. I want to emphasize that I was not actively using the app at that time, and this transaction occurred without my knowledge or approval. The charge appears through Google Play.
I contacted both Google Play and MovieStarPlanet to explain the situation and clearly stated that the transaction was unauthorized and that I was requesting a refund. However, they said the request did not meet their policies and refused to issue a refund or provide any solution.
Since I did not approve this charge, I request a full refund of the $21 and that necessary measures be taken to prevent unauthorized transactions from occurring on my account in the future.
