I am writing regarding unauthorized in‑app purchases made through the MoviestarPlanet game on Google Play. On 14/04/2026, I noticed several in‑app purchases that I did not authorize, with a total amount of 62.99 being charged to my account. I have all of the transaction IDs from Google Play for these charges and can provide them if needed. As soon as I realized the issue, I contacted Google Play support and also reached out to the MoviestarPlanet developer to request that these unauthorized charges be refunded. Despite explaining that I did not authorize these purchases, both Google Play and the developer refused to issue a refund, stating that this was due to their policy. I am very dissatisfied with this outcome, because I should not be held responsible for in‑app purchases that I did not approve. I request a full refund of the total amount of 62.99 for these unauthorized MoviestarPlanet in‑app purchases and a review of my case, as I believe this decision is unfair.
