I Was Charged by FaceApp Without Ever Using the App

I have never downloaded or used the FaceApp application, yet I discovered that a subscription was started through my Google Play account without my knowledge or consent. On March 20, 2026, a charge of $6 was deducted from my account.

This transaction appears under my Google Play account linked to r*********@gmail.com**. On the same day I noticed the charge, I submitted a refund request through Google Play and used all available support channels to dispute the transaction, but my refund request was rejected.

I request that this unauthorized subscription be immediately canceled and that the $6 charged to my account be fully refunded. Additionally, I ask for my account to be reviewed for security purposes and for the necessary measures to be taken to prevent any similar unauthorized transactions in the future.
