Improper Services of Moreta Pay

As someone who has been traveling frequently in Southeast Asia for business over the past few years, I found Moreta Pay through a Google search and thought it would perfectly suit my payment needs in certain countries in the region, offering a single application to pay with QR codes. I applied for an account, but the application and verification process turned out to be painfully slow and inefficient, lacking a customer-friendly or customer-oriented approach. Their services are incomplete, with many functions in the application not running smoothly, and some services facing restrictions in countries where they claim to have full operations—when in reality, they do not. After finally completing verification, I tried to add all my other legitimate accounts registered under my name to fund the wallet, but the company began acting peculiarly. Then, all of a sudden, after four weeks of service, their customer service agent sent me a vague message stating, “Our team decided not to offer services to you,” without giving any details. From my experience, this is a new company that is not well organized and, as far as I can tell, lacks a fully legitimate foundation to operate in all those countries, resulting in services that are troubled, inadequate, improper, and inefficient.
