I Got Charged by Chatradar Even Though the App Doesn’t Work—I Demand a Full Refund
Chatradar is a completely misleading and unreliable application. It does not provide any real service, yet it continues to charge a subscription fee without delivering what it promises. I downloaded the app expecting it to work as advertised, but it’s non-functional—it doesn’t load, offer accurate results, or provide the value it claims to.
Despite this, they’ve taken money from my account without my permission or proper service delivery. This feels like a scam, and I’m extremely disappointed that it's allowed to operate on platforms like Google Play. I demand that all charges be refunded immediately, and my subscription canceled.
If this issue isn’t resolved right away, I will take legal action and escalate the matter to the relevant authorities, including filing a complaint with the prosecutor’s office. I urge the company to take this seriously and act fast.
