Monkey App Age Restriction Complaint

I have an issue with my Monkey app account being wrongly restricted because of age, even though I am over 18. I had already been using Monkey with this account before without any problems, but since yesterday I keep getting an age restriction message when I try to log in. When I attempt to sign in, a pop‑up appears on the Monkey website stating that my account has been restricted for being under the age limit, and it shows my user ID as 242271831. None of my accounts are under 18 and there has been no change to my actual age or information, so I believe this is an error on the system’s side. I request that the age restriction on my account be removed as soon as possible and that my access to Monkey be restored. I also kindly ask for an explanation of why this restriction was applied despite my age being above the required limit.
