Dream Games Closed My Support Access and Banned Every New Account

I am experiencing a serious issue in Royal Match. All three of my accounts suddenly received chat restrictions at the same time without any clear explanation. In addition, my access to the support section has been completely disabled, leaving me unable to contact the game’s support team or submit an appeal regarding the restrictions.
The problem goes beyond my existing accounts. Whenever I create a new account, it also receives a chat restriction shortly afterward. Most recently, a newly created account was restricted when it had only reached level 21. This has made it impossible for me to communicate within the game or start over with a new account.
I am also unable to delete my existing accounts. Because the support section is unavailable and the restrictions continue to affect every account associated with me, I have no way to resolve the situation on my own.
I request a full review of my accounts and the restrictions that have been applied. If the restrictions were issued in error, I ask that they be removed. If they cannot be removed, I would like assistance in permanently deleting all of my accounts and receiving confirmation that the deletion process has been completed.
I would appreciate a clear explanation regarding the reason for these restrictions and guidance on how this issue can be resolved.
