I Need Help Removing My Unfair Royal Match Ban

I received a ban in Royal Match, and I believe it was applied unfairly. I have been playing this game for approximately four years and have reached a very high level through years of dedication and effort. Throughout my time in the game, I have always tried to follow the rules and enjoy the experience respectfully.

I have never intentionally used profanity, offensive language, or inappropriate expressions in the game. Despite this, restrictions were placed on my account, and I have been unable to understand the exact reason for the action taken against me. Because I believe I have not violated the rules in a manner that would justify such a penalty, I feel that I have been treated unfairly.

What makes the situation even more frustrating is that the in-game support section is currently unavailable to me, leaving me without a clear way to appeal the decision or receive additional information. As a long-time player who has invested years into Royal Match, I would appreciate the opportunity to have my account reviewed fairly.

I respectfully request that Dream Games investigate my case, review the restriction placed on my account, and remove the ban if no serious violation is found. I would also appreciate a clear explanation regarding the reason for the restriction so that I can better understand the situation and continue enjoying the game.
