For days now, MoneyGram's system has not been working, and I cannot withdraw my money from banks or PTT. My funds are being held, and there is no clear solution provided.

It seems like MoneyGram is deliberately delaying transfers, possibly intending to refund the money while still charging transaction fees. This is unacceptable—in 2025, money transfers should not take this long. Other financial services process payments faster and more reliably.

I demand immediate access to my funds and a clear explanation of why MoneyGram’s system is failing. Fix this issue now! If this delay continues, I will take my business to more reliable money transfer services.
