I live in Australia and I have been experiencing ongoing, unauthorized and unexpected charges from ANT*moboreels for many months, even though I do not clearly remember ever signing up for a subscription. Initially, I only clicked on their site and did not think I had committed to any paid service, but since then they have been repeatedly taking money from my bank account daily, weekly and monthly in varying amounts such as $56, $33 and $16.99. The most recent charge was on 1 June, and I am extremely distressed because I am worried they will continue to withdraw money again tonight and in the coming days. Over approximately the last six months to a year, I have done everything I could to stop these withdrawals. I have unsubscribed, blocked them, deleted anything related to the service, emailed and contacted ANT*moboreels directly, and also contacted my bank for help. Despite all these efforts, they still seem to be able to take money from my account without my consent, which is driving me crazy and causing serious financial and emotional stress. I request that ANT*moboreels immediately stop all current and future withdrawals from my bank account, cancel any subscription or agreement that may be linked to my details, and provide a full refund of all unauthorized or unjustified charges taken from my account. I also ask for written confirmation that my details have been removed from their billing system so that this situation cannot continue.
