Tracelo App Unauthorized Charges - Subscription Not Cancelled

I had a Tracelo mobile app account in the past, and although I no longer have the app on my phone and do not use the service anymore, Tracelo has been continuously taking money from my bank account for about a month. These repeated withdrawals are also causing my debit card to be locked, which is creating serious inconvenience for me. Since I no longer have the app installed, I cannot see which subscription or account is active and therefore I have not been able to cancel it directly or contact Tracelo through the app. I also have not yet contacted my bank, because I first want Tracelo to cancel this subscription from their side and stop any future payments. I request that my Tracelo mobile app account and any related subscription be completely cancelled, that no further charges be taken from my account, and that a full refund be issued for all amounts withdrawn over the last month without my consent.
