Netflix Subscription Charges Continued Without My Knowledge

For approximately the past 1–2 years, I realized that money has been regularly withdrawn from my card every month under the name of Netflix. These payments have been taken using my card information through a membership account that I do not even remember creating, all without my clear knowledge or approval.
I do not know which Netflix account this membership belongs to. I can only see that my card information is apparently registered to the account being billed. When I contacted my bank regarding the issue, I was informed that the transactions originated from Netflix and that I would need to resolve the matter directly with Netflix. However, I do not remember starting such a subscription or approving any related agreement.
I request that these unauthorized payments be stopped immediately, that the related membership be permanently canceled, and, if possible, that the amounts withdrawn from my card over this long period be refunded to me.
