I am writing regarding a series of unwanted renewal charges taken for an eDreams Prime subscription that I believed would end automatically and not renew. I was charged AUD 16.99 on 22 November 2025 on my Visa card ending 3885, and then the same amount was taken again in December, January, February, and March as monthly renewals. I did not realise that the subscription would continue, and I did not intend to renew eDreams Prime after the initial period. Once I noticed the repeated charges, I tried to contact you through Facebook and via your help desk, but I have not been able to reach effective support or resolve the issue. I am in Australia and use the Australian version of your service. I kindly request a full refund of all Prime renewal payments taken from November onwards and the immediate cancellation of my eDreams Prime subscription, so that no further charges are made to my Visa card ending 3885. I ask that this matter be reviewed urgently and that you confirm both the cancellation and the refund in writing.
