Netflix Keeps Charging Me After I Deleted My Account

-I used to use the Netflix application in the past, but I deleted both my account and the app a long time ago. Despite this, Netflix is still continuing to withdraw money from my bank account every month.
I am tired of paying for a service that I no longer use at all. Because of these ongoing charges, I cannot even safely keep money in my card account anymore since I worry it will automatically be taken again without my permission.
I request that these unauthorized payments be stopped immediately and that my membership, if it still exists in the system, be fully canceled. I also want a refund for the charges that continued even after I deleted the application and believed my account had already been closed.
