MoboReels subscription won't cancel properly, how can I remove my payment method safely?

If MoboReels subscription won’t cancel and you want to remove your payment method safely,

• Cancel the subscription first (required);

– iPhone → Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Cancel
– Android → Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions → Cancel
– PayPal → Automatic Payments → Cancel

– Deleting the app does NOT cancel billing

• Confirm cancellation;

– Subscription shows “Canceled”
– No next billing date
– Confirmation email received

• Remove your payment method safely;

– iPhone → Settings → Payment & Shipping → Remove card
– Google Play → Payments → Payment methods → Remove

– Note: You can’t remove payment methods if a subscription is still active

• If removal is blocked;

– Wait until subscription period fully ends
– Or replace with a different payment method, then remove the old one

• Add extra protection;

– Contact your bank
– Block recurring payments from MoboReels
– Disable merchant authorization

• Contact support;

– Ask for full cancellation + unlink payment method

• Write:
– “My subscription won’t cancel and my payment method is still linked. Remove it immediately and confirm no future charges.”

If it still doesn’t work, dispute charges with your bank and file a complaint on Xolvie to escalate the issue.
