Happn Restricted My Account Right After I Paid

I have been a Happn user for a long time. On June 18, 2026, I paid approximately $6 for a membership using my Halkbank debit card. Shortly after completing the payment, I tried to log into the app and discovered that my account had been restricted. The app only displays a message stating, "Your account is restricted," and I can no longer access my account.

Even though my payment was successfully processed, my account was restricted without any explanation, leaving me unable to use the service I paid for. I have bank records confirming the transaction. I also contacted Happn by email, but I have not received any response.

I am requesting a full refund of the approximately $6 membership fee I paid, as well as the restoration of my account, which I believe was unfairly restricted. I would appreciate having this issue resolved as quickly as possible.
