Happn Charged Me but Never Activated My Membership
On June 17, 2026, I purchased a weekly membership in the Happn app on Android. The payment was charged to my account through Google Play, but my membership was never activated in the app.
I made the membership purchase through my account registered with b***********@Gmail.com**. Despite this, my account still appears as a free user, and I cannot use any of the benefits included with the weekly membership.
I also contacted customer service about this issue, but no clear solution was provided. Although the payment was successfully charged, I am not receiving the service I paid for.
I request that my weekly membership be activated immediately or that the full amount I paid be refunded to my account.
