Happn Needs to Remove a Fake Profile Using My Identity

Today, I learned from a friend that someone created a fake profile on Happn using my personal photos. I am married, and because Happn is a dating platform, this fake account has caused serious harm to my privacy, reputation, and personal rights.

The fake profile uses photos taken from my social media accounts. It also contains my correct age and city, but it was created under a different name. I did not create this account, and I have never given anyone permission to use my photos or personal information in this way.

I request that Happn immediately investigate and permanently remove this fake profile. I also ask the company to investigate when the account was created, how it was used, and to preserve any relevant technical records associated with the account, including device and connection information, for any lawful investigation. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I intend to pursue all available legal remedies regarding the unauthorized use of my identity and personal photographs.

I request a prompt response from Happn and immediate action to resolve this issue and prevent any further misuse of my identity.
