I Bought 800 Diamonds in Mobile Legends and 325 Vanished Without a Trace

Earlier today, I purchased 800 diamonds in Mobile Legends. I spent 475 of them and had 325 diamonds remaining in my account. Everything seemed fine at first—but when I logged in later that evening, the remaining 325 diamonds had completely disappeared. Gone. Just like that.

This isn’t just disappointing—it’s infuriating. I paid real money (₺) for those diamonds, and now they’re nowhere to be found. I didn’t spend them, I didn’t transfer them, and I didn’t receive any in-game content in return. It feels like I’ve been robbed, and there’s absolutely no clear way to request a refund or even get proper support for this.

This has completely ruined my trust in the game. Mobile Legends, I demand a full investigation into my missing diamonds and either a refund or restoration of the 325 diamonds I lost. This is unacceptable treatment for paying players. Fix this immediately and offer a real support channel for situations like this.
