I Reached Epic Rank in Mobile Legends but Didn’t Receive the Costume Reward

I have been playing Mobile Legends on Android for a long time, and my in-game username is s***. Recently, I advanced to the Epic League again while playing with a friend. However, I noticed an unfair inconsistency in the rewards system. The last time I reached Epic League, I only received a basic reward similar to a monetary bonus. But when my friend recently advanced to the same rank, he received not only the reward but also the Carmilla “Princess Guard” skin as a gift.

I reached the same rank yet did not receive any costume reward, which feels unfair and inconsistent. I believe I am entitled to the same benefit. Specifically, I would like to request the Cecileon “Illusionist” skin as compensation for this issue.

I already contacted in-game support, but unfortunately, no solution was provided, and my experience with customer service was disappointing. I am asking for this situation to be reviewed carefully, for fairness to be ensured among players, and for my requested skin to be credited to my account as soon as possible.
