Mobile Legends Diamond Purchase Issue – No Epic Costume Received from New Year's Draw
Hello, I bought some diamonds for my Mobile Legends account on December 11, 2023. There was a new event for the New Year where you could participate in draws with diamonds. They were offering Epic Chest and Elite Chest draws. During the Epic Chest draw, it was guaranteed that if you made five draws, you would receive an Epic costume that you didn't already have in your account. But, I haven't gotten any cool costumes even after doing 5 draws. I bought diamonds specifically for this, and now I don't have the Epic costume I was promised. Can you please either give me a refund for the diamonds or give me the Epic costume that was promised? People who are in a higher social class are winning in five consecutive draws, while I haven't received anything yet.
