I play Mobile Legends Bang Bang on my Android device (Samsung Galaxy A70), and yesterday my account (username: Pariatel lop) was given a credit score penalty. While I understand penalties are part of the system, I quickly realized that my punishment was far more severe than that of other players in the same situation.
For example, I observed that other players received only a –2 credit point deduction, while my account was hit with a much larger deduction under identical circumstances. This is unfair and inconsistent. Because of this penalty, I am now unable to enter ranked matches, which significantly affects my gameplay experience and progress.
I attempted to reach out through the in-game support system, but I received no response at all. Ignoring customer complaints while applying penalties unevenly only increases frustration among loyal players.
I request that my account’s excessively deducted credit points be corrected immediately and that this unfair penalty be reviewed. Mobile Legends should ensure that penalties are applied fairly and consistently across all players, not arbitrarily. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly so I can resume ranked matches without further unfair restrictions.
