I Face Unfair Chat Ban and Point Loss in Mobile Legends on Android
On August 12, 2025, at 3:20 PM, while playing a classic match in Mobile Legends on my Android phone using the username “s***” and the hero Cecileon, I received a violation for “inappropriate chat” that I strongly believe was unjustified. At no point did I use offensive or inappropriate language. I only warned a teammate to play better and not steal kills. Despite this, the review team confirmed the penalty, claiming they had a screenshot as evidence—yet this proof was never shared with me.
In the past, I have received justified violations, but this is the second time I’ve been penalized unfairly. As a result, I lost ranking points and received a 1-day and 8-match chat ban. I could not find a direct customer service contact number to dispute this, so I have no way to communicate with the support team directly.
I request that this penalty be lifted, my lost points restored, an official apology issued, and that the person who wrongfully flagged me be identified and appropriately sanctioned. I also expect the evidence to be shared with me and for the company to maintain direct communication during this process.
