I purchased a Dreame Z30 from the Akbatı shopping mall, but I have been experiencing a constant poor suction problem. The device does not clean properly, and the suction power is insufficient all the time, which makes it impossible to use it as expected from a product in this price range. I first noticed this issue on 03.11.2025, and the situation has not improved since then. I contacted customer service about this problem, but unfortunately, I did not receive any helpful support or solution. Since the device has had poor suction continuously, and I cannot benefit from it as intended, I no longer trust its performance and do not want to continue using it. I request a full refund for my Dreame Z30 and expect the necessary process to be initiated as soon as possible so that this issue can be resolved without further loss of time.
