Volvo On Call System Failure on XC90 With No Repair Solution

I own a Volvo XC90 and have been experiencing a persistent error message with the Volvo On Call system for about two months. The error appears when I try to use the service, and as a result, I cannot benefit properly from Volvo On Call. I contacted Volvo customer service/dealer about this problem and explained the situation. The response I received was that this issue is impossible to fix, which I find unacceptable for a vehicle and service of this level. I request that Volvo repair and fully resolve the Volvo On Call error on my XC90 instead of declaring it impossible to fix, and ensure that I can use the service as it is intended.
