Pandora Customer Service Failed After Bracelet Clasp Broke

The clasp of a bracelet I purchased from the Pandora store at Ankamall on February 10, 2024 broke. When I took the product back to the Pandora store, I was repeatedly told, “Take it to a silversmith.” I genuinely do not understand why I should be required to take a product I paid a significant amount of money for to a silversmith, and I find it unacceptable that Pandora does not stand behind its own product.
About one month ago, I went to the Ankamall Pandora store again, and the employee there said something along the lines of, “Don’t bother with this, we won’t deal with it—just take it to a silversmith.” Since Pandora refused to help, I had no choice but to take the bracelet to several silversmiths, but none of them agreed to repair it. As a result, the bracelet I paid so much money for is still broken and unusable.
I am requesting that Pandora repair this bracelet free of charge, or, if possible, replace it with a new product. I expect Pandora to stand behind its product and to resolve the inconvenience I have experienced.
