I purchased a pair of Mizuno Wave Rider running shoes, but the right shoe hurts my heel so much that I can’t even walk properly. I returned the shoes for inspection, but Mizuno claimed there was no defect and sent them back to me without any solution.

However, the problem is clear! The left shoe is misaligned, tilting inward, and is not parallel to the ground—it wobbles when placed on a flat surface. Naturally, this issue is causing pain and leaving marks on my foot.

On top of that, Mizuno's customer service is unresponsive, and reaching them by phone is nearly impossible. If this is not resolved, I will take my case to the Consumer Rights Court.
