Mizuno Morelia Neo 4 Japan Cleats Peeling – Denied Replacement Despite Warranty

On March 18, 2024, I purchased a pair of Mizuno Morelia Beta Neo 4 Japan cleats from the Mizuno Armada store. I was assured that Mizuno makes the best cleats in the world, and if there were any issues within a year, they would provide a one-to-one replacement since they are handmade and may have defects.
However, by August 21, 2024, the leather on the toe of the left cleat started peeling, so I returned it for inspection. On July 17, 2024, I was informed that my claim was denied because kangaroo leather is sensitive, and Mizuno includes a disclaimer inside the box.
This is unacceptable for a product priced at 15,999₺! If Mizuno claims to stand by their craftsmanship, why are they refusing to replace a defective product? The store employee casually suggested sending it in again, as if I have time to beg for a solution for an expensive premium cleat.
