Mizuno Morelia Club Cleats Fell Apart in 3 Months—Warranty Claim Denied

Mizuno Morelia Club Cleats Fell Apart in 3 Months—Warranty Claim Denied
January 4, 2025 4:39 PM37

I ordered Mizuno Morelia Club cleats online, and they came with a 6-month warranty. However, just halfway through that period, the front of the shoe started coming apart despite normal use.

I sent the cleats back for a replacement, expecting Mizuno to honor the warranty, but instead, they rejected my claim and sent the same damaged pair back to me, saying it wasn’t covered.

What exactly qualifies for warranty coverage if a cleat falling apart after a few months isn’t enough? It’s not like they sat unused at home—the defect is clearly due to poor durability. Mizuno needs to take responsibility and replace these cleats! This is unacceptable for a premium brand!
