I purchased a pair of Miu Miu sunglasses, but when they arrived, they were scratched right out of the box. I contacted customer service, and they offered an exchange, which I accepted. However, instead of sending a new, undamaged item, they sent me another scratched pair, which appeared to be a returned product from another customer.
When I reached out again via WhatsApp, they told me they were "busy" and asked me to avoid requesting a refund—instead, they promised to send a properly inspected replacement. Yet, for the third time, they sent another damaged product!
Now, they still insist on another exchange rather than a refund, but I have lost all trust in this company. I will be filing a refund request, but I am certain they will make the process difficult.
