I placed an order from Miu Miu on June 6th, and since then, I have received no shipping update at all. The only status I see on their website is 'Pending', and that’s it. There’s no tracking information, no estimated delivery date—nothing. I tried to contact Miu Miu, but they don’t even have a proper customer support email. Instead, they make you fill out a form on their website, which is completely useless because no one ever responds! Has my order just disappeared into thin air? How long am I supposed to wait without any update? Miu Miu needs to fix this immediately—provide a shipping update or process a refund now!
