Christian Dior Order #20491 Still Not Shipped, No Response to Emails

I placed order #20491 with Christian Dior, but it has not been shipped yet. Despite waiting several days and sending multiple emails over the past three days, I have received no response.

I wanted this order in time for the holiday season, but the lack of communication and delay is incredibly frustrating. If my order cannot be shipped immediately, I want it canceled and refunded without further delay.

Christian Dior should not leave customers in the dark during such a critical shopping period. I demand immediate action on my order and a prompt response to my emails. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
