Mitsubishi Heavy 18k Air Conditioner Fan Motor Makes Noise

Hello, I hope you are doing well. I live in the Emrez Neighborhood, Gaziemir, Izmir. In mid-March 2024, I bought a Mitsubishi Heavy 18K air conditioner. I chose it because I believed it was a renowned brand, but I was mistaken. A few days after installation, the air conditioner began producing loud noises. I quickly notified the service and showed them recordings of the problem. When the service team arrived, they discovered a faulty fan motor that required replacement. However, I insisted on a one-for-one exchange since I wanted to receive the entire worth of a new product. Unfortunately, Mitsubishi maintains that the guarantee is only good until the product is sold. Despite being more expensive than other brands, I expected Mitsubishi to deliver higher quality and customer satisfaction. However, the company fell short in this respect. While they prefer to repair the item, I want to make it clear that I will submit complaints and alert the proper authorities anyway. If a huge corporation like Mitsubishi trivializes such matters, it is pointless in my opinion. I have video footage of the product producing noise while in use.
