Samsung Windfree Air Conditioner Refund Request Due to Persistent Issues

On February 26, 2024, I purchased a Samsung Windfree air conditioner from Samsung M1 AVM (Gizerler). After installation, I noticed a gas flow noise coming from the pipes when the unit was in heating mode. I reported this issue on Şikayetvar, and authorities came to inspect. They initially suggested draining and refilling the gas, but I did not accept this solution as the product was new. We waited for a resolution and were eventually told that a replacement would be provided. However, the replacement unit had the same issue with the gas flow noise in heating mode.

When the summer arrived, we also noticed that the outdoor unit became very noisy, producing sounds similar to a helicopter or airplane engine. The gas flow noise issue in heating mode persisted as well. I am now fed up with dealing with Samsung and no longer wish to deal with parts replacements or repairs. I am requesting a full refund.
